Derived from a series of liminal sketches in my sketch book this one began as a series of spirals and organic shapes. As the shapes took recognizable form they came to communicate a vision of a spiritually fractured society. The fabled Builders of the Tower of Babel achieved their goal of reaching the heavens, but now reside in endless confusion and conflict.
