At the forest’s edge sits a colossal bunny-shaped cairn, its mossy stones arranged with such care that the creature seems to breathe beneath the dappling leaves. Before it, offerings—flowers, bowls, and modest tokens—form a humble shrine, as though villagers or wanderers have long sought the favor of this gentle but ancient presence. The scene carries the hush of a place where the boundary between nature and spirit thins, a corner of the world where gratitude, fear, and reverence mingle in the soft light of spring. The stone guardian watches without eyes, patient as the seasons, accepting what small tributes mortals leave behind.
